Executive Coaching

Executive coaches focus on helping leaders implement and sustain behavioral change that has a positive impact on their leadership and organization.

Ordinarily an organization hires an executive coach to work with their high potential executives. However, an individual executive can also hire the coach to work with them on specific leadership challenges they face.

Listed below are two examples of the types of challenges a leader might work with a coach to change:

  • developing the necessary skills to advance in their career, or
  • learning how to use their strengths to manage individuals effectively, to lead teams successfully and to increase productivity in their organization.

I have coached more than 25 executives working in Fortune 200 companies in the area of leadership development, career advancement, effective communication and successful career transition. I would love to work with you or an executive in your organization on their specific leadership challenge.
